Tom holds an MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh Business School and has worked with and managed business entities / teams / business challenges across APAC, Europe / UK and Americas.
Having developed his international leadership and experience at a large global blue-chip company, this has helped Tom provide scaled-down SME best practices, strategic, value-centric and pragmatic approach in providing Executive Marketing at the C-Suite level.
Having spent 7.5 years in the USA working on best practices around Customer Experience, CRM and Sales & Marketing, Tom and his Digital Marketing agency (Autus), are leveraging this learning to help businesses, looking to grow Regionally, Nationally and Internationally.
A little known fact: Tom’s also a Non-Executive Director with a Charity that helps those in need and a fast scale £multi-million and growth home improvements business.
How Our Fractional CMO Service Works
You get a piece of Tom for 2 days per month, on average ½ day per week. Tom will support you with your strategic marketing plan and help drive appropriate future marketing plans to achieve your business, sales and marketing goals. We will collaborate remotely via phone, email, zoom/Microsoft teams meetings and periodically face to face Meetings where appropriate. A secure microsoft sharepoint site will be utilised for all documentation and scope of work management.

Our 2 days per month Fractional CMO (F-CMO) Service is competitively priced for SMEs at £2,500 per month. Our F-CMO Service is flexible and can be used in part time, Executive Addition to your Management Team or/and in an Advisory Role, Coaching your marketing personnel and make things happen or/and if required, we can also arrange execution / production services through our Digital Marketing Agency, allowing you to make the most of existing resources whilst keeping costs down.
Marketing Coach
Possibly your business is not ready for a Fractional-CMO commitment and require reduced time from an Executive Marketing Coach to mentor your internal marketing leader/personnel. We will coach/support/train you to build your skills in-house and drive ROI from your marketing department investment. 2 x 1 hour video calls per month.
Our month-to-month coaching service has no long-term contractual commitment and costs £350 ex vat per month.
